G Providing a building floor plan or property plan is an interactive way to give the online property buyer a detailed view of the entire property. A floor plan will also give the buyer an indication of individual room sizes.

Gone are the days of scanning or photocopying old, torn-up and faxed copies of plans. Clean, simple re-creations can have a significant impact on success by presenting a quality image.

Experienced staff measure your property on site and then using sophisticated design software, draw an outstanding floor plan. These plans are suitable for printing, using in brochures, presentations, e-mails or web sites.

Our floor plans are graphic representations only, they are not intended to be detailed or precise drawings and should not be relied upon by you the client or the potential home buyer, as anything other than general graphic representations of building configurations. They are intended to be used only for your marketing purposes.

Inclusions: exterior and interior walls, room doors, stairs and steps (interior and exterior), some cabinet doors, kitchen cabinets, kitchen fixtures eg. hob and sink, bathroom fixtures, built exteriors such as verandas, decks, pergolas, garages, carports, pools (pool shape may be approximated). Generally not included are secondary fittings such as shelving, furniture, landscaping such as garden edging, plants, fences, exterior gates and driveways. These may be drawn on request, at an extra charge.

Some dimensions may be shown on request.

Exclusions: land contours are not drawn, services such as sewer, water, electricity, telecommunications, cable, data and gas are not shown. Structural elements are not drawn. These plans are not suitable for building works. They may be suitable for minor landscaping such as horticultural works.

Accuracy: whilst every attempt is made to ensure the accuracy of our floor plans, measurements of doors, windows, rooms and any other items and structures are approximate and no responsibility is taken for any error, omission or mis-statement. Our plans are for illustrative purposes and should be used as such by any prospective buyer. Property buyers should check inclusions shown on sales contract.
